Information used to provide your video

Ozil Goal AI uses an anonymous browser session, your delivery email, uploaded photo, kit choice, order, payment and video task records to provide the service. No account registration is required. Entering an email does not reveal other orders for that address.

To limit upload abuse across anonymous sessions, we store a keyed hash derived from the network address supplied by Cloudflare with photo records for up to 7 days. We do not store the raw address in these records or use this hash for advertising.

Photos, video processing and retention

The selected photo is temporarily saved in this browser to restore it after checkout or refresh. Local drafts expire after 24 hours and are removed the next time photo storage is used. Clear this site's browser data to remove browser drafts and saved order references. These order references alone do not grant access on another browser.

We keep uploaded photos on our systems for up to 7 days and completed videos for 30 days. Both are private. Download your video before expiry. The photo and selected goal reference are sent to Kie for AI generation. Cloudflare hosts the application, database and storage, and sends transactional emails. Providers process data under their own policies and may have different retention rules.

Private order links and email

Your delivery email receives order progress, completion and failure notifications. These are service messages, not a marketing subscription. A private email link authorizes access to its order; anyone holding the link can view that order. Do not forward it. Email access links expire after 30 days. Unused paid order credits do not expire; contact support from your delivery email to restore access after link expiry.

Payments

Stripe processes payments. We store payment identifiers, pack, amount, currency and status, but do not receive full card numbers. Payment and security records may be retained for disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is used to understand page visits and the upload, payment, generation and download journey. Analytics storage is enabled by default. Advertising consent is not granted by default. We do not send email addresses, photo contents, private media addresses or order access tokens as analytics event data. Private order paths are grouped as /orders. You can block analytics requests or cookies through your browser. See the Cookie Policy.

Public examples and requests

Uploads and finished videos are not automatically published. The four public examples are real videos generated with Ozil Goal AI. For access, deletion or correction requests, contact support@ozil-goal.org from your delivery email with your order ID. Never send card details or private access tokens.
